How is this trip impacted by COVID-19?
Your safety is of the utmost importnce. We understand that COVID-19 has impacted the way we travel which is why this trip has been created with responsible measures in place. All accommodations and services have been vetted to use increased health and safety protocols. All experiences and transportation will be private to the Ponte Travels group. Social distancing will be practiced to the maximum extent possible in group settings.
While not required to participate, we highly recommend each traveler receive their COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available. We kindly ask that masks be worn at all times while participating in a Ponte Travels group trip, even by those already vaccinated. This is out of respect for the local population in our destination as well as your fellow travelers.
What if I need to have a negative COVID-19 test to return to my home country?
We are monitoring the global situation very closely and are working to arrange COVID tests prior to departure from Croatia for those who need them to return home.
What happens if I can’t travel due to COVID-19?
We highly recommend each traveler acquire insurance that covers trip cancelation. Many policies have adjusted their terms to cover COVID-19. Talk to us to find out what is right for you.
Can I cancel and get my deposit back?
We want you to feel confident in booking this trip and therefore have adjusted our cancelation policy to allow for more flexibility. For this trip, your deposit will be fully refundable until 60 days prior to departure. Any cancellation made within 60 days that is not initiated by Ponte Travels will not be refunded.
